The Guide, while funny in a few instances, I found to be snarky and rude in others. Making comments about passengers and questioning us when we wanted to reboard the bus quickly because we were cold. I truly believe the agency should have rescheduled this tour. I feel more strongly about the need for reschedule based off a tour we went on when the weather was better and the caliber of that tour in comparison to this one.
